The highlight of the holiday season was handing out gifts on Christmas Day to the homeless. A caravan of 50 cars or so loaded with gifts spent most of the day in East and South Dallas handing out clothes, blankets, food, and other stuff to people on the streets. 
Not quite sure why, but this seemed like it relates to vanity. :-)

I'm not sure how well this fits the topic, but I wanted to post it anyway. So there. :-)
So many sketchbooks. So little meaning.
So the day began with chaos. I was up late working on my final presentation for my final class of my final year of grad school. It is this morning, and my computer would not start up. For 20 minutes I tried everything I knew to restart it, and finally it did. Now I'm afraid to shut it down before class. Yikes! :-)
When it's raining, my favorite toy is an umbrella. Which is often left behind in my car. :-)
