I didn't know there was a Lemon Muse... ;-)
i LOVE everything about this piece. big fan of your line work - i hope the lemon mousse was deliciously worth the wait!! :)
love the simple line work that conveys so much!
Hahahaha!!!Sorta like Waiting for Godot, only with more sugar?I love the overlapping oval rhythms...
Mmm I have a penchant for Italian desserts.I like how the prevalent attitude at the table is one of sheer exhaustion, but could be misconstrued as fashionable ennui (although I admit that I would have to be 1/2 comatose to display any type of ennui while waiting for my lemon mousse. If I were there, I'd be the one jumping up and down in my seat, looking forward to the sugar rush with antici....PATION)
Oooh, much like waiting for the coconut creme brulee. I'm familiar.
I love your work! Your drawings are wonderful and the mind behind them even better!
loose, lyrical lines - lovely. :)
In a way I can see a semblance to Al Hirschfield's art, with the simplicity of a line. I like this drawing.
Nice drawing! :) Your style is quite simple and complex at the same time! It took me about some other artworks to learn to like it but, it worked! They are amazing!Oh, and BTW, Monicake says THANKS for yours "happy birthday" wishings! And she told me to tell you, that her birthday is June 12! :)Babye!
Another winner. You are very good at catching a mood/attitude with your line work.
Carefull, the Lemon Mousse sneaks up on its victims while they're sleeping!
Sleepy times ... they look like they are all sliding under the table. Love the winde bottles ... they float ... zzzzzz!Smooch,The Tart; )BTW, how was dinner?
It's a tough job, but someone's gotta do it! Well..I'm sure that when the dessert comes, there will be some strong espresso and that should perk everyone up! Looks great..makes me want to be there:>
Nice work,Willie! mmmm lemon mousse...does sound like it's worth the wait!
Beautiful drawing! Thanks for !Couldn't post my cake , i don't know why...Was it difficult for you this time?
I love your handwriting on this sketch. The sketch is wonderful too but I'm in love with the handwriting.
Mmmmm, I'd wait for the lemon mouse.love their expresions, nice slice of life
I can taste that mousse...dammit!
nice loose line work and yep dont see anybody snoring in there pasta.
The question is, did the waiting effect the server's tip? Another fun one here, love the writing and the bored or sleepy expressions.
Fun illo! Love the bored expressions. And I like the writing too. Nice work! Hope the lemon mousse was worth the wait :)
