It's a scene from a new movie called Swat Club, a story about a fly who, overwhelmed by his meaninglessly materialsitic and spiritually empty life, finds comfort in attending various support groups... until he meets Flyer Turden and starts an underground club where other disenfranchised flies take turns swatting each other mercilessly... and leave feeling like real flies again.
