Illustration Friday - Fortune

To make our fortunes, we must first get out of bed.

(It also helps if you want to be first on Illustration Friday!)

You inspired me into using pastels for this week.
I like the quickness of the drawing.

  12. Hee hee! I've been wondering what it takes to get listed first. Did you have to illustrate this in 14 seconds or less? One of the nice part about working quickly is the amount of life and energy that gets into the artwork. This is a great example of that. Love how the whole kitty is made of just a few continuous lines.

  13. You go Elvis. But my fortunate cat has so much more to choose from than a pencil. Still, pencils are good.
