This illustration has me thinking, "What, what is pointless? Oh, I am so sorry...whatever it is..." and then...I am so glad when I can clearly see what is pointless. It is so helpful not to be 'tilting at windmills.' I used to have an illustration of Don Quixote doing that. I wish I still had it. 'Avoid windmills if possible,' I would write under it. But dashed hopes always hurt.
