I discovered Illustration Friday in Feb 2006, and this was my first ever post. The topic was TEA, and I got 22 comments on the post, which I thought was incredible. Over the years I've met SO many wonderful illustrators from around the globe, some of whom have become really dear friends. Since then social media has come along and replaced some of the interaction that used to exist among devoted bloggers. But there will always be a very special place in my heart for my Bloggyville pals and Illustration Friday. xoxo (And check out that Treo!)
