great concept. are these really sketchbook scans or are you working digitally, and adding the sketchbook? not that tis would be a bad thing. just curious. by the way - when do you get your reward for most first posts?!
I think this is true for most people. Something to think about, for sure.
Fantastic!!We all have those self-imposed limitations of a sort.
I have this mind picture of you hovering over your computer waiting for the IF word. Your mind really works fast and clever.
Amen! great concept!!!
This all is just a game for you isn't it? You're a real creative genius :)
great! :-)...you are not a relative of homer simpson????
Hey take a lift up!I can't believe you are kept down...Always like your take on things here :-)Have a wonderful week-end!
I can't believe you have ever been kept down.
You always seem positive to me, but if its anything it could be lack of confidence. That is my problem sometimes. You are obviously very creative. Keep up the great work.
Sharp idea :)
A wonderful landscape. Funny how we )and when I say we I am in this instance referring to you) can inspire others even when we're not feeling so inspired ourselves.
Love it - hate to sound like CNN, but your sketches are keeping us honest. Great question, one do answer daily.
Would like to be in that flying pencil. Great idea.
the snail said:"next year i will carry you!"or:"salad-place 14 please"maybe:"come on! move you old rag bag."
judging by the quality of the comments (they are all brilliant, not just the "nice", "terrific", "great" etc, with the one of Anna Nadler and Mim as my fave ones) I come to the conclusion that all your drawings must be very very very inspiring... for all of us! Now...let me go to see the drawing!
nice! terrific! great!
a good question to ponder.... but oh how wonder it is... when one finally soars!
Love the way you use your text too! :)
wonderful concept - love the words with the image
Great image and a thought-provoking question... I do hope you figure it out!
I admire your work, week after week. Thanks for your comment.
I really like your work Willie :)
beautiful and poignant - I love this drawing:-) Wishing you a fantastic 2009, full of good times, inspiration and lots and lots of being exactly who you are, linda xx
This is a very hopeful image, here you are poised to be released from the bounds of gravity; moving out and up and away... Sometimes we feel like we are stuck and in reality things have already changed... Nice drawing.
This is a very hopeful image, here you are poised to be released from the bounds of gravity; moving out and up and away... Your fire is lit you know ;)Sometimes we feel like we are stuck and in reality things have already changed... Nice drawing.
One reason your work stands out is because it's so simple and to the point.
Seems to me you've already reached escape velocity! The pencil-rocket is just brilliant.
great sketch and a thought provoking message. I wonder the same thing about myself sometimes, thanks for your comment on mine.
Great illo- Love the line quality.best,L
i too feel that i am about to explode....just don't know in which direction it will be. nice one.
Funny that most artists feel that way...especially given that we tend to be so much into procrastination at times...how great could we be if we could really immerse ourselves...and why can't why? Great philosophical thought and so simple...
maybe you are already who you are... till the next stage....exquisite sketch as always! :-)
Thanks for stopping by! :-)Willie
