Let's see...boobs & benjamins, flowers dancing for joy, hands sprouting from a test tube, a snail flower, and a hostile outburst over easy... Nothing says SpRiNg! like crazy hormones and mood swings:> I like 'em all, but the prettiest is the snail flower. That was fun!
Pissy rain, birds returning to crap all over your car, sinus problems, taxes are due, waking up to frost going to bed in sweltering heat because it's too early to crank on the AC...shall I go on? What's not to love?
Oh wait, I forgot about girls in mini-skirts...and boob flowers. Second thought, I fargin' love spring! Bring it on!
well rrramone, i was tempted to be cranky today due to a severe lack of sleep, but i have spent the better part of an hour looking through your sites, and all i can say is: i wish there were more! thanks for making my day, and it's only 7:30am!
# 1 is very....interesting. # 2 I really like # 3 I really love - the color is bright and the design is great. Especially like the water and the shadow and the contrast of the grey leaves # 4 nice and lively # 5 No you didn't but go right ahead and vent, it's your blog.
Great collection! Your drawing style reminds me a bit of Paul Klee, except of course, its very Willienesque. My favorite is the hand-tulip one, it seems to have wheat as leaves.
I really like your work and was wondering if you feel you have a style. How did you develop it, was it a conscious thing? I'm just going through a bit of a soul searching process about this at present.
There's a lot going on in these pics, not to mention a lot of issues! The email sketch and hands ones are probably my favourites. That's some imagination you've got - amazing!
those petals on the first flower seem too delicate for the sprig rain...you might want to take it inside! Then with that spring flower your ideas of spring might change! ;)
I like the first one the best. Clever fresh and funny
ReplyDeleteNice collection!
ReplyDeleteI thought I might see the Easter Egg piece when I heard the theme. That was a hard and dark spring.
